Sitting with Santa...sort of

On our way home from the graduation party at Heath and Stephs, we stopped at the Bass Pro Shop to see Santa. Riley was SO EXCITED, she could hardly stand it. Then when it came time to sit on his lap, she decided that she might not want to do that. But she did tell him waht she wants for christmas...a Kitchen, and a candy cane. Payton was just fine hanging out with the big guy. When I went to take her off of his lap, instead of reaching for me, she just handed me the candy cane he had given her(so that I could open it). She was quite content to sit on his lap. This doesn't suprize me. Anyone who knows Payton knows that if you give her food...you have an instant friend!!
